Nothing produced in a LoveGPT chat is medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. Consult a qualified professional for those matters.

8. Account registration

If you create an account, provide accurate details and keep them current.

9. Account security

You are responsible for your credentials and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately about any unauthorised use.

10. One account per person

Operating multiple accounts to evade limits or restrictions is not permitted.

11. Acceptable use

Use LoveGPT lawfully and respectfully. Do not use it to harass others or to plan anything illegal.

12. Prohibited content

Do not submit content that is unlawful, hateful, violent, defamatory, or that involves minors in any way.

13. No scraping

Automated collection, crawling for republication, mirroring or bulk downloading of LoveGPT content is prohibited.

14. No reverse engineering

You may not decompile, disassemble or attempt to derive the underlying components of the service.

15. Service interference

Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or bypass any security or rate-limiting mechanism.

16. Your content

You keep ownership of what you write, and you grant LoveGPT a limited licence to process it so the service can function.

17. Our intellectual property

The LoveGPT name, design, code, imagery and written material are protected and may not be reused without written permission.

18. Third-party links

Some links lead to independent websites. Their terms apply there, and LoveGPT is not responsible for their content.

19. Pricing and payments

Any paid features are described where they are offered. Prices may change, and changes never apply retroactively to a completed purchase.

20. Refunds
